Using shape gave me a completely different perspective on image making for me. I found it near impossible to completely stray from my use of line. Working in this way also led me astray concentrating more on shape than my subject matter.
Making use of shape solely was challenging as it differs completely to how I have worked thus far - in terms of composition I was rather lost. I do however understand that working like this (being out of my comfort zone) can only be good for my progression.
My theme is currently rather loose and disjointed and progressing I hope to gather my ideas and produce something representative of the narrative that I have loosely applied so far.
