This drawing task involved the study of an object. I chose to use this Cats Eye that I found in a road because of it's surprisingly characterful features. Again we had to use brush and ink. With these drawings I decided to use tone as the object has a texture that would be arduous to interpret using line.
Similarly to drawing from reference I drew from the object but did not attempt to make a copy of it. After my studies were completed I added components playfully in an attempt to describe how I see the object.
