Ranulph Fiennes

Iv'e chosen to revolve 'Persons of Note' around Sir Ranulph Finnes. Simply because he has a massive span of achievements making him pretty much the real life action man. I imagine that I will find it difficult to exhaust ideas regaurding him as there is a lot to concentrate on. I also Having read stories of his attitude towards most things he come across as the kind of chap that I'd like to make a tribute to.

Studying practitioners who have made work on people of note I've opted for Matt Fontaine. His portrait of Thom York is great as I feel it captures Thom York's and his music's mellow vibe. Reflecting personality and the strength of Finnes's Character is something I hope to achieve.
