This brief was of interest to me as it requests designs of a 'sophisticated' nature. In almost all of my other briefs I've been working with print an collage, leaving my pencil to the side. Making intricate drawings to wrap these rather attractive bottles also appealed.
The brief demands four designs with three variations of each bottle. Each of the four bottle's designs must depict or be representational of a location chosen from the list of countries provided in the brief. Fever Tree's listed countries are those still affected greatly by malaria. In order to raise awareness and money for the countries where they source their water Fever Tree plan to sell these limited edition bottles.
Listed countries are grouped according to their continent. I've decided on South East Asia as I have small understanding of the history and culture of some of the countries that might be of advantage to me. I've chosen my four countries, being; Thailand, The Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia and Malaysia. These were my choices purely because I was more familiar with them.
