The printing session went well. I attended knowing almost nothing about screen printing and left feeling confident that I could use the equipment on future briefs. Overall I think our book is uninteresting. This could be down to our subject matter however on reflection I think we could have generated something with more charm and better craftsmanship. I am not pleased with the outcome of my contribution. The drawings are far too simple and are compositionally boring. After learning more about the process I realise that I could have worked with more line and include more detail.
Overall I found working collaboratively was great for generating ideas and we were able to produce the book in good time. However I would have felt more comfortable working on each image myself.
